30 + Fearless Part 3: Hitting A Wall, But Not Giving Up
Hello all!! This past week has been a little different. Busting my booty but have been less than enthusiastic about it. We all hit that wall every once in awhile and this was definitely mine.
I haven't been sleeping well and my food intake is too low for the type of workouts I tortue myself with. I think this has been the way my body is saying "F you. Stop being stupid." Still giving a good resistance as you tried to power through that distance. Once again, I was humbled. Cardio and I do not have a good relationship.
None the less, I pushed through every evening. Giving all I could during those workouts. I'm taking on this week with new determination and a reminder that I need food for that energy. We shall see what these days bring me.
More intensity and more calories. That's the goal.
